Especially during these uncertain times, it can be easy to dwell in a negativity and get overwhelmed with confusing thoughts, while not knowing what the future might hold for us.
As muslims, we should be grateful and optimistic about the future since it’s recorded in Hadith Qudsi and Sahih Al-Bukhari that Allah has said: ”I am as My servant think of Me.”
Abu Hurayra (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and give him peace) said, “Allah Most High says: ‘I am according to My slave’s opinion of Me, and I am with him when he remembers Me. If he remembers me to himself, I mention him to myself. When he remembers me in a gathering, I mention him in a gathering greater than that.’” [Bukhari; Muslim]
On the other hand, Allah says in the Quran: “Verily, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.” Quran 13:11
Therefore, purely from a need to grow into better versions of ourselves as well as out of frustration and pressure to create a positive impact in this life, we decided to start taking action on spreading the positivity around us, within our community and beyond.
Moreover, as we embarked on this journey to create Positivegrowth.fi, we realized the transformative power of written positivity not only on our readers but also on our own mindset.
Through the process of crafting content focused on personal development and positivity, we found ourselves deeply immersed in the principles and practices we were advocating. Each article, each reflection, became an opportunity for self-growth and introspection, reinforcing our commitment to living a life aligned with the values we champion.
Thus, Positivegrowth.fi became not just a platform for sharing wisdom but also a catalyst for our own personal growth journey.
So, what do you think? Is it about time to start changing ourselves already and by doing so, help others to do the same?
Ibn Umar reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to people. The most beloved deed to Allah is to make a Muslim happy, or remove one of his troubles, or forgive his debt, or feed his hunger. That I walk with a brother regarding a need is more beloved to me than that I seclude myself in this mosque in Medina for a month. Whoever swallows his anger, then Allah will conceal his faults. Whoever suppresses his rage, even though he could fulfill his anger if he wished, then Allah will secure his heart on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever walks with his brother regarding a need until he secures it for him, then Allah Almighty will make his footing firm across the bridge on the day when the footings are shaken.”
